Not used for purpose intended, but love anyway
I'm giving four starts because while I originally bought this for posture control I'm not using it for that. Do NOT buy this if you are looking for something STRONG to hold your shoulders back, the shoulder straps have a little too much give to be truly effective. I do however love the way this is designed and constructed. I love how high this sits on my back and the adjustability it has to Target where the upper back pain is. This will work great if your looking for something to diminish the humpback slouch because the wrap around part makes it quite uncomfortable to roll your chest under. It does NOT hold your shoulders rigid as with other posture straps, there is just to much stretch. It does target my shoulder blades which is where much of my pain comes from.

I haven't started using it because I'm pregnant, but my friend used it. She said it was very good. We can keep us from hunching and stay upright. I think it's perfect for me. I'm looking forward to using it. I After I have finished my baby, I think I must use it to keep my body in a good looking condition.

It didn’t meet to moy expectations, it doesn’t feel like that u could lift heavy stuff with it. I had to return back.
