It is very compact and has a small footprint so the phone is not too close to face when on the plane. Perfect for Airplane travels. Went on two trips with this phone holder and it is awsome. Secures the phone with zero issues or worries. I think the people in my row on the plane were jealous. It did not work on Amtrak Train, plastic backing on seat was very thick and this would not open large enough. I bought this for Air Planes so for me it is great. I am buying another for my wife!

Great gadget. The magnet easily supports my Samsung tablet. The arm stays on place and holds your device at any angle. My cell phone case already has a metal ring. This product does include a stick on ring which I put on my tablet.

I love this thing had it for almost a year. I am often asked where I got it at. The arm is metal and the magnet is strong. Fits on delta planes trays in the up right position. I have never had the phone fall off the magnet even when the tray fell down in turbulence. Also can be articulated to sit on your desk if you travel for work. The reason for the 4 stars is that the back does not fold down and makes it bulky to travel with. However I will happily take the bulk considering how strong the arm and magnet are.

This was an awesome buy! I used it on a recent flight to Italy and it made my Netflix watching experience on my cell phone comfortable and pleasant. The magnet is very strong and I appreciate the ability to adjust the position of my screen. I highly recommend it.

Have not actually used the product, but I did buy 2 and I took one out of the box to see what it was all about and it seems like it will be great to use on the plane when wanting to watch something without having to hold onto the phone. It was easy to put together.

The strength of the magnet is great, it secures my phone to the holder even with the case on but the clip is so tight I can barely get it open wide enough to clip it onto a kitchen cabinet shelf. I have to use both hands to force it open. I’ve tried pushing it open several times to loosen the spring but it’s not making a difference. I haven’t used it much because of how hard it is to get the clamp open.

My husband travels often and enjoys watching movies on his phone during his ✈️ flights. I looked up gadgets that would easily hold his cellphone and chose this one because it looked solid and easy to use. And it is!My husband was so thankful, he uses it everytime he travels. He unfortunately accidentally left it on the plane during one of his trips and was bummed out. I had asked him if he wanted to try a different phone holder he said that he really liked this one. So I ordered this exact phone holder, twice & he's still very happy with it.
