Is it for tall person, i am 1.85m. Is it durable enough for daily cleaning?** A: I had mine for probably 10 years before I broke the handle maniacally swatting at a cockroach with it. Both the cockroach and the mop lost this battle. It would be nice if they offered replacement heads that would screw on the pole, because the pole is fine. Buying an entire new one and will try to remember to not use it as a weapon. **Q: The mop is nice but I find the mop head way too floppy when I try to put some muscle in the mopping. It ends up flopping over. Is that normal?** A: I've used Bona for 5 years now and never had issue with the head flooping over. We have all hardwood floors and frankly my thought is that you are putting too much muscle into it or, you are pulling the mop back too close to your feet and too long of a stroke. If you have spots that need a bit more rubbing, make your strokes shorter out in front of you and against the grain of the wood. Then finish with a long, soft motion with the grain. A good polishing every couple months or so makes regular cleaning much easier too. I would not use any other system. **Q: is the cleaning pad machine washable?** A: Yes! I used to wash them alone, but now I just put them in a mesh laundry bag and wash with my other clothes. Having worked as a disaster technician in the flood/fire restoration industry, this mop isn't the cheapest compared to some, but you will get years of reliable use out of it.
