2007 Tagaris Winery Eliseo Silva Syrah 750 mL

Very bitter

I never thought I would like a screw capped cheap syrah so much! I had some at Elephant and Castle in downtown Seattle and then ordered it from Amazon. There was no discount on the price, but it was shipped for pennies and tastes great!

I am an enthusiastic red wine drinker and particularly like Syrah, except for this one! It was too acidic, and lacked the layered taste of every other Syrah I've ever tasted.

This is a very nice/good Syrah. We finally had a chance to Open a bottle recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm not much for tasting notes but it was very robust and flavorful. It went well with The italian dinner we had prepared at home. I would highly recommend this one for the wine rack and to share with company.

Too syrupy and sweet. Didn't like it at all. Shame I bought 6 bottles cause i don't want to open the other 5.

Just another average wine. Nothing bad to say about it. There is nothing special about it. You can find just as good or better at the grocery store for the same price or less. I bought it to give away, so it served its purpose.

I gave this wine 5 stars because it is easy to drink. My wine expertise is not that good but I know something good when I taste it and this is very good.

probably only good for salad dressing or adding a bunch of fruit and agave to make your own sangria. There are better cheaper wines than this.
