one heater wall has broken already
One heater wall stopped working after only one month of having purchased this item. I realise these things happen and want a replacement so my review is based on customer service so far. Purchased from amazon I tried to contact amazon about it. Amazon told me to go direct to Rowlett Rutland. Rowlett Rutland have told me to go back to amazon. I don't have time for this. Feeling extremely frustrated, just want a toaster that works properly.
