Bad quality machine
Nothing worked. Bio current was extremely high even at an intensity of 1. No water nor suction from bubble pen and the list goes on. The only reason Indont give this a one star (or cero if it were possible) is because the seller was amazing. Great customer service. They offered a refund or a new machine but I was a little skeptical about trying a second one so I chose the refund. So thanks! It’s ashame it didn’t work because it was a beautiful design

Can give you aids
Do not purchase this machine and if you see one in person do the owner a favor and throw it away for them. It is a serious health hazard. The device can’t be cleaned, it can’t be drained. You WILL use other people’s skin debris on someone else’s face! It WILL suction from the soiled water back into the “clean”. It COULD give someone aids.

Seller is very helpful!
I received the unit but the screen was dead. I contacted the seller and received an immediate reply. The seller was able to work with me to get me a new machine . The shipping was extremely fast and this machine works great! Just remember to look at the YouTube video for product demo and how to use the machine. The RF attachment works very well. I will keep you posted on the results as time goes by.I will try to post a video (English version) as soon as I can!Thanks again!

Disappointed
I'm very disappointed with this machine. I believe they sent me a previously returned equipment. To start off when I opened the package the container that collects the dirty water had water. The plastic that goes around the screen was raised like it was not assembled right. And the label on the side was super worn out. I decided to still try it out.1. The water suction handle had little to no suction power. No water came out. The knob that controls the suction does not work.2. The hold hammer works3. All others do not work well.Only pros... easy to use and assemble.I really had high hope's for this machine, but was sadly disappointed.
