Completely wrecked my printer! £££ Down the drain
What a mistake - first time trying non HP ink to save a few quid - now I have a printer that got completely clogged with black ink.Bought a cleaning kit and even that didn't clean up the mess - new printhead or new printer.Thanks for nothing!

Waste of money
Waste of money, did not print cleanly despite cleaning the heads numerous times. Now in the bin and genuine HP cartridges installed with no problems.

Clogged up the printhead after 6 weeks
The print head clogged up 6 weeks into using this on an Officejet Pro 8620 and shows lots of white lines in the print. Will need to remove and clean the print head now to see, so possibly it's not fixable. The printer was on the whole time and previously the printer has never clogged up over 1 year of use on HP cartridges.

Have just installed the cyan cartridge without any issue apart from warning message of HP advising of non HP ink cartridge and therefore quality of performance is not guaranteed. Rating therefore reflects this early stage of use.

Good product, no problems, great service
Do the job fine, been using for a few weeks and no problems. Test will be how long they last I guess but at this price good value.
