i was so happy for this product its being advertises for exactly what i wanted and it finally arrived , first of all you will have connection issues all the time, this truck will stop without any warning like 1 minute after you start and you will have to restart the toy again which makes it useless as a hobby, now the worst this is that the gears inside stripped after just 2 days of playing and tje arm is no more moving which shows a lack of quality i will return this, please do yourself a favor and buy something more expensive which will fulfill your needs and you will atleast enjoy otherwise you end up with a piece of junk , giving it 2 stars because the design of the truck is nice

So far, this is a sturdy and very fun toy for my 8 year old grandson. He's getting hours of joy and productivity out of it!Dimensions requested: The length of the tracks are 10", width of the machine is 6.5", from the bottom of the track to the top of the cab is 5.5", and the length of the boom / arm is about 16".

We really like this RC Excavator! It runs smoothly. We got this for my 5 year old's birthday present. He absolutely LOVES it.The pros:Made of die cast metal so it has some weight to itRealistic design and scaleRC controllers have multiple levers/control sticks for realistic movement (which takes a minute to get used to).The cons:There are no instructions save for the label on the bottom of the box. Read this once over before you drive it.The battery lasts for about 25-30 min on a full charge.I will say after a few days, there was a piece that fell loose within the treads - it doesn't affect the movement, however it's stuck in there and we can hear it rattling around. So we know something is broken and stuck in there.You should really make sure your child is gentle with this toy. While it feels heavy and sturdy, there are still some plastic pieces that can break easily.Overall, I know there are much more expensive models - but this one is REALLY nice for your 5+ yr old.Totally worth it.

I am absolutely impressed with the quality and detail of this product is in RC enthusiasts even though this is a kid's toy it is extremely well-made and there are already many people making upgraded parts for it so you can turn this $50 item into a hobby grade version I am absolutely pleased with the product and I plan to purchase the second one with the grabber feature on it. I made my own decals for it to cover up the stock ones and it looks incredible

Purchased this for my grandson. The quality detail and function of this toy were far better than I had expected at the price. All functions worked well and battery life was good. It is a complex toy but easy to learn and use - the toy is probably appropriate for age 6+ with adult supervisionMy only complaint is that there were no instructions in the box, so we had to cut out the instructions from the outside of the box

Arrived in with nothing broken, powered up and operated as expected. I will note there was no manual or any other documents included with the product.I will be upgrading the motors to actuators as it is a weak point for digging as mentioned in other posts I read.

This product is absolutely terrible. I bought it initially for my 6 year-old brother and he used it twice, and now it won’t charge at all after a few months. No matter how long it charges, it simply will not work and dies after mere seconds. Would not recommend in any capacity.

Great little toy for the money would definitely recommend. Item arrived with on track not working☹️ contacted the seller immediately took action and gave a full refund. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for that problem. But it's not the sellers fault.
