This is a great little device sometimes, I think all adults struggle with back pain (in my family anyways). And we put this to use very fast, we noticed that it does pull skin in fatty areas therefore if you have extra fat on your back it will pinch it- especially if you pull your shirt up to get the full expierence. The second con is the heat, it gets VERY HOT and can give you light burns if you withstand it for too long. There are quite a few settings, and it may take a while to get the right one.. it did for myself and my wife. I could feel it pulling my back into place, which felt great both during and after. However my wife, who is on the smaller side said that her back felt worse after. So it is all about preference- make sure you ease into it and be aware of settings. The remote is a wonderful touch, I can change it how I see fit at the touch of a button (literally), and you just hit the same button over and over to adjust the settings and intensity.

The massager is easy to operate and requires no setup. It has a standard AC adapter, so it can be used with any convenient outlet. The remote lights up, and the display is easy to read.There are three different heat settings, and even the lowest one generates a nice amount of heat. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm it was. There are three different vibrate modes, and three different stretching modes. The stretching feature was a little uncomfortable for me personally, but everyone has their own preference. All of the various features work well, though. I like the fact that you can use heat, vibrate, stretching, and light mode all simultaneously or you can opt to use just one or two features; you can customize each therapy session based on your specific needs that day.The massager can be used while sitting upright or by laying down. I used it laying down, and I had a difficult time finding a comfortable way to use it. For me personally, it was very hard on my spine when laying on it because of the way it has to be positioned. I wasn't expecting part of it to be in the middle of my back, and that's the area that was painful when laying on. I also found that it was uncomfortable to have your legs stretched out, so I had to bend my knees when using it.If you're using it while seated, you'll definitely need to sit somewhere that has a solid back that will keep the massager in place. I tried using it on my bed with a pillow beneath it, but that wasn't supportive enough.Despite my discomfort while using it, I do think a lot of people will find it helpful for their lower back pain. The features are very nice, and it's easy to operate.

This arrived safely and was nicely boxed, although there is no manufacturer information anywhere on the box, product or instructions. It was easy to set up, only 2 pieces, the unit and the cord. I tried lying on it and though it was somewhat uncomfortable to do so, but it also felt good. I think people with any sort of arthritis or mobility issues will not be able to lie on it and would use it at the back of a couch, recliner or chair instead. I really liked the heat and stretching features. Massage seemed weak no matter what setting and I have no idea about the light feature. I like that this is fairly lightweight and portable, and it actually doesn't take up very much room either. I wish the cord was longer, it's pretty short.Also, the machine is rather loud, buzzing and vibrating noises. All in all, I think it's overpriced, personally I would only expect to pay around $40-60 for something like this. I will say that I feel pretty good after using it.

Im so glad i ordered this. I highly recommend it.

This back massager/stretcher is very effective. It's supposed to have vibration and I hear a sound as if that is what is happening but I do not feel it vibrating. It does heat up quickly and there are 2 sections that inflate to 2 different levels that stretches my back. You can choose to only do one thing - stretch, vibrate, heat, light therapy.Or, choose Auto and it will rotate through all four.I've used it 4 times and each time gets a little less painful. My back feels better than ever about 15 minutes after using this device.
