Loved the heated elements of the jacket
Loved the heated elements of the jacket. In the first month, the zipper started sticking. Contacted the company and they immediately replaced the jacket free of charge and did not require us to send back The damaged jacket. The new jacket works fine. Great customer service and jacket keeps you nice and toasty without all the bulk of a heavy jacket. We live in the Rocky Mountains in CO. It's perfect. Highly recommend.
