Terrible priduct and service
I am absolutely disgusted with this product and service. We opened it, set it up. Went to lunch with the aim of finishing get off setting up when we returned, came back from lunch and digital key pad would not work.I contacted seller who said we would have to pay them £250 to come out and drill it open! And that I should have changed the batteries! What a stupid product. That runs out of batteries within the first week. Not to mention the disgusting customer service. The emergency key was cello taped inside the safe. Do not buy this product buy the other end without a keypad.
