Bought as a replacement for original for our BodumDoes the job, doesn’t seem as sturdy as original and have to plunge at a slower rate as some grinds so escape.It may settle in time

Simplie plate works well - jusy make sure you get the right size - you need to be careful as there are many configurations of coffee pots!
