Got tired of listening to the 4 (yes 4) beagles barking next door. Bought this and put it out at the edge of the yard, 25 feet away pointing directly at the beagles. It MIGHT have had an effect the first day or two when the batteries were brand new, but doesn't seem to have any effect at all now. The blinking green LED makes it look like an alien spaceship has landed out in the yard at night and it eats 9V batteries. So disappointed that this does not work for me.

I'm not seeing that this device works, especially since I have it in an open space 3-4 ft off the ground and facing my dogs, and the dogs are still barking. it's suppose to project up to 50 ft, and my dogs are right next to it and it still doesn't stop them or detour them from barking. I have a hand held egg that I have to hold from 15ft away that works better then this.

Works great!!! Works better than I expected!! Only suggestions I have are to be able to turn off blinking light, put in case other than little house (more stealthy), and more secure way to hang device instead of flimsy shoelace string. Beyond that, this device delivers 100+%!! Make sure to follow short instructions for best results.

Arrived on time, good packaging, but absolutely no effect on either my dogs indoors or the neighbors dogs outside. Followed all directions to the letter about level and distance, disappointed as I thought I had found the answer to a problem without offending my neighbor. I returned it.

Bought it to discourage the neighbor's dog from charging the fence when I go into my back yard. It seemed like it might work at first, but it died within a couple of weeks, even though I brought it inside whenever it rained.

it works! My Lab stopped barking. However, our sissy pit bull was afraid to go outside. Reding reviews the new and improved is better than older models. We live in a subdivision but have raccoons and possum roaming around at night.

The neighbor's chihuahua took a week to figure out every time it barked something sounded funny or felt uncomfortable. But eventually it shut up and went to bark on the opposite side of the yard. It is great to be in my studio without the constant yapping! The battery doesn't last long. I wish it had a solar battery!!

My neighbor has 2 beagles and one of them barks/screams like it's dying all day and all night. I have climbed the privacy fence a couple times to see if it was ok, and that just seems to be its bark. neighbors 2 streets over ate complaining,The dog is THAT loud. Enter this beauty! The dog still barks but never the crazy screaming bark and rarely more than a couple times. Thank God! Now if the dog barks, it goes to the other side of the yard and is still WAY quieter than before.Now my other neighbor has an American bull dog and she cornered a possum under the shed And I took this right up next her but it didn't phase her. She growled at it but kept right on barking. But she rarely barks so I don't care. I plan on buying a second one for the back of the property.
