Acoustic Guitar Accompaniment RGT Grade Two

I teach guitar and the RGT have a very comprehensive range of well thought out books. This is the Accompaniment Book to pair up with the Playing Book (which you need to buy first and must have to enter the examination). That having been said, this contains a good set of progressive exercises and accompaniment development for chords and finger picking. Really suits singer songwriters who want to develop their accompaniment skills. A nicely balanced package, just make sure you buy the Playing Book as well; especially as it has The House of The Risin' Sun, Scarborough Fair and the Londonderry Air which are proving to be firm favourites with my acoustic guitar students. The Accompaniment Book contains 10 chord charts with melodies written as examples for you to accompany.

Learning guitar with these books is fun and easy.

These books are excellent. I recommend them to anyone contemplating learning the guitar in association with a RGT.
