Use to clean port wound great deal should have screw cap need pierce it

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unscrew cap as far as you can to click open.

Perfect for flushing a urinary catheter. You need to open the bottle by screwing the top right down as far as possible, then it will open the plastic seal at the top of the bottle.
