This is a wonderful board! I took a chance on it. I am a professional chalkboard sign artist and I swear by the magnetic porcelain enamel finished chalkboards. I used Versa chalk markers and i think it turned out pretty great.The hinges are pretty nice, and I hope they last. It’s a beautiful board, the wood is structural and sound.*edited 2 weeks laterThere is a small scratch on the surface down to the metal, and the wood frame has splintered off a bit. All in all, I’m still happy with the $60ish price point.

Sturdy
This double sided chalkboard is a very good quality piece. I was impressed with the sturdiness of it when it arrived and are used it for advertising at my vendor event two weeks ago. I can see that this will last a long time.

Fell Apart
This fell over after 10 minutes outside and the wood splintered to pieces. Had the latches hooked and everything.
