Generally, she has been using it for approx. 10 times per hour during the first days and she contemplates it wasn’t very difficult to use at all. Different to other trainers, something I liked (and would like to highlight) from the TyeinGo one is that it has a space to put the hose when not using the trainer, while others you need to store it separately and potentially lose it. Why do I have it at my age I have no idea, but my doctor recommended this device to give my lung a workout. It's easy to assemble and kind of fun to use.
