Review: Exactly what I wanted - I bought three for my house and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It was delivered on-time and in a well-packaged box. Installing them went smoothly, although you should know that you should put your existing deadbolt below this lock, which takes a little bit extra time. Once installed, it took me only a few minutes to download the app and gain control of my lock. You can generate codes quickly, however, it creates randomized codes. To set the code to what you want, you first need to unlock the door with the new code, then you can change the code to what you want it on your app. It would be nice if you could just create new codes that you choose right away, but it's a small inconvenience and only needs to be done once. It's nice that you can name codes so it's easy to identify who unlocked the door rather than having to remember whose unique code it was. Setting a custom finger print is also easy (it only takes 4 samples of your finger to setup) and works well. The door locks instantly after entering your code or using your fingerprint. Once you have all the custom codes that you want in one lock, you can import them into other locks with a couple clicks. You cannot import custom fingerprints (to my knowledge). Again, a minor inconvenience that you only need to do once. To summarize: Pros: -Slick and durable door handle -User friendly app with fast setup -Lots of different entry options to fit your need Cons (no major concerns): -Deadbolt needs to go below this doorhandle -To create custom codes, you first need to enter the new randomized code before editing the code -No import for fingerprints If I ever need a new set of door locks, I would have zero hesitation purchasing these again.

I’m very happy with this smart lock. Installation was straightforward, and setting up the fingerprint recognition was quick and easy. The app works well, and I had no trouble connecting it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I wanted

I bought three for my house and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It was delivered on-time and in a well-packaged box. Installing them went smoothly, although you should know that you should put your existing deadbolt below this lock, which takes a little bit extra time. Once installed, it took me only a few minutes to download the app and gain control of my lock. You can generate codes quickly, however, it creates randomized codes. To set the code to what you want, you first need to unlock the door with the new code, then you can change the code to what you want it on your app. It would be nice if you could just create new codes that you choose right away, but it's a small inconvenience and only needs to be done once. It's nice that you can name codes so it's easy to identify who unlocked the door rather than having to remember whose unique code it was. Setting a custom finger print is also easy (it only takes 4 samples of your finger to setup) and works well. The door locks instantly after entering your code or using your fingerprint. Once you have all the custom codes that you want in one lock, you can import them into other locks with a couple clicks. You cannot import custom fingerprints (to my knowledge). Again, a minor inconvenience that you only need to do once. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great! Good customer service. A few caveats.

I really liked how this works for about a day and a half. The app and the internal software in the lock work very smoothly and quickly. What I can't deal with it the fact that the latch bolt assembly jammed up and quit sliding in an out. If it wasn't for me giving my tenant a key to the other door to the house, they would have been locked out. I have tried to play with the plunger latch and it absolutely will not move. I can't even force it with extra pressure to slide. It has just become an inert piece of metal to encumber an otherwise quite useful solution to multi-person access to my property. I might change my review if I a responsible party shipped me a working part that exhibited even a modicum of longevity, because, as I said, I really like(d) this thing. Edited: After contacting the company I had a replacement part in two days. Very impressed with their being conscientious. Still one minor problem that may or may not be an issue: Once I got it installed and put up the new storm door, I discovered that the handle on the Sifely Smart Lock sticks out too far for the storm door and the entry door to close at the same time. I will have to shim out the storm door to get it to work. Others' situations may vary enough for it not to be a problem, but just be forewarned that if you have a storm door, you may have to take it into account. Also if your storm door opens on the same side as the entry door the two doors' handles will bump each other and you will never get both doors to close at the same time. I had to reverse my storm door to get it to work, and THEN ran into the problem that the Smart Lock bumps the storm door glass and won't let it close. Other than that the lock works great and I love that it can be opened so many different ways. I tried them all and they were effortless and quick.
