The phone is, as advertised, pretty rugged. However, performance is an issue, mostly due to software problems. I couldn't transfer my contacts from my old phone no matter what I tried. Something that has always been so easy to do with any other phone I considered it automatic. I spent weeks trying all sorts of different fixes, downloading apps and trawling blogs for patches. Nothing worked. Ended up doing it manually. Within a day or two the phone crashed and I had to factory reset it to get it going again, and load all my contacts manually. Again. Few weeks later the three buttons across the bottom froze and I had to factory reset again, and load all my contacts manually. Again.The screen is not properly functional. Great colours, brightness etc but it's so insensitive typing a message is difficult and frustrating. When I hit A on the keypad I can get anything from caps lock to D. Autocorrect isn't great. Another result of this is you quite frequently get booted out of messenger, whatsapp etc by inadvertently hitting the back button when trying to hit space or return. That is very frustrating.There is a noticeable delay in loading any and every app. Some apps wont't run at all. The phone suffers from constant mini-freezes which make using it a frustrating process. The mic is very poor, callers can often not hear me and hands free it does not work at all.The battery will almost last all day if you don't use the phone much however, if you carry on even a short msg conversation or browse the net at all it's gone in about 2 hours.This phone has many problems which make it very difficult and annoying to use.

I put a Giffgaff sim in this phone, which worked fine in the UK, but as soon as I got to France, it refused to connect to anything. It recognised it was the O2 network, but wouldn't connect at all. Went through all the settings, factory reset, everything. So pretty pointless. The instructions are a pretty awful translation, but it was ok to understand the basics. Can't attest to the "waterproof and dustproof" claim, because it sat in the bottom of my bag for the whole trip. Also, does not come with a UK plug. Selling this one if anyone is interested!

i love the phone, looks great, came quickly. great camera, does everything other smart phones does, lots of space. the only negative i have with mine is sometimes people cant hear me very well when i call or they call me. not to sure why.so will send back for another one. only other negative is the power saving button is situated badly, you can put in your pocket and just knock it and it puts it on. agai not a massive issue just an annoyance. altogether i would say this i an excellent phone and for the money its really good

Not what I expected , might be great if you can read and understand Chinese , would have expected the cover to be rubberised not a hard plastic , will be returning this a go for a more conventional phone and use a sand cover to keep the dust out .

Runs perfectly apart from the fact people can't hear me when they call me, which is obviously a pretty important feature. Will probably be returning.
