Which is it for?** A: I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle. The description identifies the actual amount. This is an awesome product. **Q: Can you use bakery emulsions to flavor water?** A: I haven't tried .. But I don't think it would taste that great.
