Q: If I purchase more than one lock, can I rekey them so they all use the same physical key or will I need to use separate keys?

It can be but it's certainly not standard. It uses 0.108" pins from IC-core or Medeco. I was able to rekey it to a normal Schlage SC1 key.

Q: Can all unlock methods (biometric, passcode, etc) be used if paired directly with HomeKit (without setting up an Aqara account/app)?

Most of the unlock function of the door lock, need you connect the Aqara U100 door lock to the Aqara Home app

Q: Is it water or weather resistant? I’m thinking about installing it on a side door with no overhang, exposing keypad side to weathering elements.

It appears to be. When mouthing to the door it has a weather strip like material around it to seal. The key pad seems fully encased.

Yes, absolutely, through HomeKit or the Aqara app, I have had zero connection issues but I have an Aqara M2 hub, so the lock is connected through zigbee not Bluetooth. Highly recommend an Aqara hub if you’re going to use automations or just in general. I have 17 accessories bound to my Aqara hub and they all work flawlessly every time.
