Great results but hard to swallow.
I found that I got good results using these, stuck to a fairly decent diet and exercise regime. My only, minor criticism is that taking all the pills at once can be hard to swallow, but overall I was very impressed, worth the money.

U still need do some excercise and diet.
With this product u need remember is this. U at least need do core excercise - glute bridge, leg rise, side leg rises, squats + extra 2-3 timesper week 30-45min . As you would like to feel your inside core . To be strong. As you want to burn that excess fat.And other thing . What worked for me- for 1 month core workouts + consume Animal Flex + Animal Omega. And protein diet( your choice )- mostly eggs and chicken. To make core strong. And be on calorie deficit - 2000kcal. Dont go too drastic.As its not super drug. But it does helps to get some extra result.
