I was worried about it at first because they didn't provide a tracking #, when i asked for it they gave me one and it didn't pull up any information with any of the service (UPS, Fedex, etc). i got it in a timely manner, though, and it looks great actually. it's all stitched together (as some people said the stitching wasn't there or great), and hopefully it will hold up with time. I will post updates if anything happens to it. The only thing that, while it wasn't the end of the world for me, was the "charging port". or lack thereof. it's just the plastic little knob you see on the right sight in the picture, and that's it. it goes nowhere, and doesn't have any kind of power source or even a usb port in it. that only happened with mine, though. i don't mind it much, as i have a power bank already. it's a nice pack for the price, and really does have a lot of pockets.

The only flaw that I personally saw with this, is that the interior is far too small to maintain the amount of college books that I carry, other than that, the item is perfect.
