Seats tight and does not leak under pressure. Like other reviewers said, it can be difficult to unseat. I found that pushing it towards the fitting then pulling off at an angle with slight twist seems to work best. Be careful on recessed fittings with no wiggle room because you may have to carefully pry it off with a screw driver or pliers.

I finally became fed up with the coupler that came with my old Lubrimatic grease gun. It never seated properly on a fitting and grease would squirt out the side with every pump. This new Lincoln coupler is a dream in comparison. It locks on the fitting tightly and no grease is wasted out the sides. This coupler has 4 grips in it. My old coupler had only three. Perhaps that makes all the difference. That and the fact that this coupler seems nicely made and finished.If you need a decent coupler, this is it.

These seal and grip, alright. . . So much so that I can almost never get it back off the zerk! Come on Lincoln, all your other products are good, why not get this one right too? I finally had to use a big pair of 24" channel locks to get it off one zerk, but it BROKE THE ZERK OFF IN THE BEARING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was not a happy farmer at that point. I never could get the broken zerk out of the tip, so I thew it away. Tried another one and it stuck so badly on the first zerk I used it on (on a round hay baler) that trying to pull it off I ended up mangling my hose on the cordless grease gun. I went ahead and threw the other one away before it cost me another $200.00 in lost time. Sorry for the bad review, but you need to know.

I had changed a few parts on my car and they cane with greaseable joints. Mainly the tie rods was what I needed to grease. I had a grease gun but when I went to use it, it got grease everywhere but the joint. It was really frustrating me. So I bought this to replace the old one. Worked like a charm and I was able to grease everything in a matter of minutes. While with the old one I was strugling with for a very long time.

It's a good tip for ur grease gun... I put it on a high pressure Milwaukee grease gun and it works fine! Just make sure u carefully try it first... broke off 1 tip with it. If u kinda 'break it in' if u know what I mean it works fine

The old tip on my grease gun was worn out. It wouldn't lock on to the fitting properly so a lot of grease was wasted and greasing a vehicle was messier than it had to be. Replacing these often makes life easier.

Purchased this recently as a replacement tip for a grease gun I've had for many years that had developed a leak. Screwed right on, with no leaks after several uses. Not an extremely high-end product, but you get what you pay for.

Has more "fingers" than cheap ones and that makes all the difference. I was able to get grease in zerks where my old worn out cheap one would not. Seals really well, a little hard to get off, but I'm not complaining.
