Short review: Finally a ladder I like, which is compact, easy to use, and feels SAFE. Great buy.Longer review: Once I moved into my first house, I saw the immediate need for a ladder. I wanted to get to windows on the second floor to clean and fix them, I needed to replace high ceiling lights, and generally do work around the house. My old ladder felt unsafe and crooked and was so heavy I could hardly move it from place to place. This extendable ladder wins high praise for all these pros:- It's relatively light, though still sturdy and stable- It's simple to move around, extend, and collapse- The safety spacers are made of rubber, and truly save your fingers when you are collapsing it, unlike my last ladder that pinched my fingers every time!- It's made of a strong material and the locks are high quality- It stores away easily in my garage cabinetIf you're looking for a ladder, search no further. This is the one you want. Overall a great purchase and would buy again, maybe as a gift.

I was not expecting this. This ladder is WAY overkill strong. If we are nuked, this ladder will survive. I really can't say enough about how smooth it operates and how positive the locking mechanism is.

If you need a ladder that can do more than reach the top shelf in the kitchen, but you don't have the space to store a full sized ladder, this ladder is a great choice. It's lightweight enough to carry around the house, and small enough to store in a closet. The weight really surprised me. It's significantly lighter than the Gorilla / Little Giant style collapsible ladders - making it a great choice when you don't want to lug something heavy around for a small project.It was surprisingly stable when fully extended the full 12 feet - Standing up there, I was finally able to paint the air vents that are up high on the outside of my house. After that, I had it collapsed and back in the garage in no time.

This ladder really comes in handy. Easy to use, easy to store, and the rubber safety spacers really makes you feel safe. It saves the fingers.

I'm a senior lady and I find this ladder to be extremely easy to use and very sturdy. The height is easily adjusted to suit the task. Mostly I use this for cleaning the gutters and this ladder is so light that I can maneuver it when it is extended. Then, it collapses to a small package that is easy to store.

2/28/19: Bottom rung first step is too high for older person to step up. Rest of this ladder is good design. We use a small(3) ‘step stool to negate above noted issue.

After three weeks of use, it's starting to fall apart. Pretty disappointed, because we really liked this, and used it a LOT over the first two weeks. Nice industrial design, but cheese-wize plastic on the stair steps has been breaking. (Three steps so far). Not comfortable using it any more, which is disappointing at a plus $100. purchase point
