Lovely and calming
This is a beautiful book. I bought it on Kindle but I may have to buy a hard copy to make annotations.I met Kavita only once, when she came to see her mother, my colleague, at the bank where we all worked. I found her to be quite beautiful. Now I see that the beauty is within as well.

An Excellent Book!
A beautiful book in every way. This heart-felt memoir takes you on a life journey with the author, through her hiccups and discoveries, through her explorations and illuminations. She shares her teachers (from Chopra, Rumi, Tolle, Lao Tzu, Swami Nirvanananda to Dr. Haleakala) and her insights in a lovely, engaging way, always reaching higher and higher as she moves deeper within. Her journey, as we can discover, is like everyone's, with the little differences being the window dressings -- your birthplace, your form, your parents, your work, your children, your loves. In every aspect of her life trip, the author finds support and encouragement. Life provides for those who seek.I recommend this book highly, no matter your spiritual inclinations. It is a rich and rewarding read and you will feel nourished and uplifted for having taken the time to spend with this book. The Vichy Shower pours down on all of us.

An inspiring memoir.
An inspiring memoir that reminds us that no matter what our backgrounds and experiences, we all share the same story in our journeys in this Universe. It also explores the ideal that we all have Divine light within us, and if we just learn how to let it shine, we will be more accepting of ourselves and others around us. We are all one and the same and once we learn to recognize that, life will become that much easier to live! All in all, a thoughtful and well-written memoir.
