I bought this for my mother, but I really liked it, so I am ordering one for me. I really love coloring fish, you can be very creative, and the backgrounds on this are nice and detailed as well. My mom loved it, it was her favorite of the 5 books I got her.

Bought for hubby who was incarcerated. He enjoyed it. He likes ocean life and wanted something to use up some time.

If you are an adult and like to color using pens, pastels or colored pencils and you like colorful fish in their natural habitat, this book is for you. I purchased it for my 79 year old mother who loves to color using my colored pencils. When she's not looking I'll sneak a picture out and do it in pen and ink and they look gorgeous!

My wife is a recovering stroke victim, who is using the artistry of books like the Great Barrier Reef to build and enhance her visual capabilities and muscular control used in coloring, as well as to explore an artistic nature that she had not experienced prior to the stoke. It is more than just observing aquatic life on television, allowing her to better experience the color quality of life on the reef. We gave this four stars, because we have only started work in this book, and, perhaps that will be five stars, by the end of the book.

This is a great little coloring book, it can be pretty vibrant if you use the right colors.

The book is fun to color and also informative about the fish you are coloring. Glad I got it.

I wish the pictures were printed on better quality paper. We were hoping for beautiful finished pictures. I purchased this for a very avid 7 year old colorer....he loves the images....we were disappointed that the colors bled thru the other side of the page ruining the other image! Very sad for us....he's the one who did a "test" and said I'm doing it very softly to see if it goes thru....We ere using basic kid friendly washable markers.He resorted to crayons which works out ok, we really wanted the brightness of markers.

This order saved me when I promised my son a helicopter too, and ran into problems with another seller. My son lives with his mom in another state and I'm so appreciative of just being able to place a simple order for a simple gift and have it delivered promptly. Little things mean so much sometimes :)

livret anglophone agrafé souple grand format récent (2007) présentant 40 espèces emblématiques de la grand barrière de corail australienne (faune ou flore) en n&b prêtes à être coloriés; deux à trois espèces sont représentées sur chacune des 30 pages; en bas de page, les noms en anglais et en latin des espèces avec une petite notice explicative; aucune image en couleur servant de modèle sur les pages de garde comme pour d'autres ouvrages de la même collection ce qui est désolant et oblige à consulter des guides ou encyclopédies spécialisées; ce livre de coloriage non exhaustif sera parfait pour l'initiation à ces espèces d'enfants de plus de sept ans suffisamment soigneux et patients pour s'appliquer; je dois reconnaître avoir été favorablement surpris par la qualité de cette publication, ayant été échaudé par plusieurs tentatives précédentes, et je dois dire que j'ai enfin trouvé ce que je cherchais et j'envisage d'acquérir d'autres ouvrages de la même série (taper sur le moteur de recherche d'Amazon: Dover coloring book); je pense qu'il vaut mieux préférer les ouvrages neufs même s'ils sont légèrement plus chers pour éviter le risque de se retrouver avec un exemplaire crayonné!

Malen mit Farbstiften aller Art ist mein totales Vergnügen klar ich bin kein van Gogh, Hundertwasser etc mir fällt es auch schwer real zu malen deshalb habe ich nach Malbücher gesucht dieeben Anspruchsvoll sind also suchte ich fündig bin ich erst mal in England aber um so intensiver ich nach direkte Titel suchte je besser dieErgebnisse u bei Amazon war dann der Anbieter der so viele von diesen wunderschönen Malbücher hat das ich mir mal schnell einige Bestellt habe u sie verdienen alle5Sterne Great Barrier Reef(mit vielen Fischarten ) Mexican Folk hat tolle Folklore Muster die auch sehr diffiziles Arbeiten erfordert.Das Coloring Book von Escher ist eine Art Puzzle zum Ausmalen.Alle drei bekommen 5 Sterne u zu allem auch der Lieferant 5 Sterne .Wenn ich mal wieder eines brauche weiß ich genau wo ich zu Bestellen habe.
