Very good quality. The mat sticks firmly on the counter, that’s a great help for kneeding my bread. You can roll out your pie pastry, roll it up and refrigerate,then unroll right on the pie plate. The bench scraper is quality, works great.

Great product! I’m an a beginner pizza maker and this mat is perfect for measuring and it stick to my counter top so there is no slipping when rolling out the dough. The dough cutter is great as well.

Mixed feelings. 3-4 star. I was pleased with the size of this mat. The dough cutter is fabulous!The only problem I have is that the mat cut through on my first use, while only using the dough cutter. So the dough cutter is nice, strong, sturdy and apparently a little sharp.The mat however, is rather thin, as you can see. I expected better quality with this. I have silicone baking mats that are thicker, and I’ve used before for such things, that hold strong and true and don’t cut through. I loved that this mat is large and has all the measurements and guides printed on it. Great for rolling out the dough, but unfortunately thin.I would recommend using better care when using the mat.

Great deal and combo. The dough cutter works great and is not too sharp. The mat is great with dough. You don't even need to flour it, the dough peels right off

...the first time I used it to gather up the dough, it scraped up part of a red circle. The dough rolled out very well on the mat, just have to check my dough for red flakes now.I loved that the cutter has a ruler on the edge, it would have been convenient for zero would start at the edge.
