Gaming PC - RYZEN 5600X 3.7GHz, RTX 4060 8GB, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 600w PSU, WiFi+Bluetooth, Win 11 Pro

This is less a review of this specific computer than it is of Jeffs Custom Computers the folks who sold it. I had a minor issue from shipping and Jeff's took care of it super promptly, with simple communication and absolutely minimal hassle. If first impressions count... my first impression is Jeff's Custom Computer are people I want to do business with. As for the computer itself. Hey it works for me. I'm not a super serious gamer and this is NOT a $3000 rig with high end gear and OC heatsinks etc. It's an overall mid price rig that runs the 1st Person shooters I play (R6 Siege, Counterstrike 2) the way I want: smoothly and stably and with good frames. No complaints whatsoever. Expandability may be an issue in the future. there isn't much space left on the MB, but I find I rarely add as much to a machine as I think I'm going to.

I use this PC as my daily gaming computer, playing like Rainbow Six, Sims 4, Minecraft, Etc. At first use, the pc was running slow so I watched a few YT tutorials to find out why since I'm new to PC. Initially the drives needed to be updated but that only helped some. After downloading software I noticed the CPU temps were a bit high. Took it in to be looked at & they found a sticker was left on the CPU & a pin was slightly bent. They fixed the issues & now the PC runs good. I get an average of 220 fps on R6 & 120 fps on Minecraft

Update: Seller fully acknowledged the damage was caused by their assembler but has communicated that is it not worth their time to repair the damage, and will not cover the quoted cost of local repair. I was offered $30.00 off an $800 computer to cut/deform the metal myself to allow access to ports. Buyer beware, this seller does not stand behind their own workmanship.The computer arrived with assembly damage, clear it is not something that happened during shipping. The plate appears to have been forced into place, leaving multiple ports inaccessible. Cannot be exchanged and there is no option to contact the seller to request any repairs. I wanted to love this computer but the workmanship did not match the price paid.

I bought this for my son. He uses it for gaming and is very pleased. It is very attractive to the eye. The glass panel is a nice feature and the lights are very cool. The specs are very impressive and meet all his gaming needs. The price was also attractive for the specs offered in this PC.

Overall the product worked well in most aspects aside from gaming, it was just too laggy. The noise level was very low and it looked great it just wasn't working for me. Also in the description it said it had 4 memory slots when it actually only had 2.
