Not what a thought it would be, this is independently published that’s why it’s slightly differently. It does talk about and explain in detail many different ways to detox. When I bought this book I was already on the 10 long plan & it was good to see it in this book. I’m not having any withdraws (taking a special vitamin to help) even after being on a high dose for 7 years. I recommend you read this book& talk with ur doctor about what would be the best option for YOU.

This is a basic review of probably everything you already know about Methadone. Did not have even 1 usable suggestion in this so called "How To" 10 page journal that someone just wrote and said it is helpful in coming off of Methadone.Don't waist your money or just send me a text and i will send you a short 1 page of basics of the whole book. Very poor writing of a self help book!!Dave in Colorado

It wasnt what I expected I thought it would explain how to detox from methadone but it just explains the process of being on methadone

Only a few pages. Not what I thought it was. Not informative. Waste of money.
