Don't work, if anything make it harder to breath because it is taking up space in nostrils

Two sizes and these are by far the best of the nose cones and look just like these
Two sizes and these are by far the best of the nose cones and look just like these. With all others the plastic is just a little too hard and you end up with inside-the-nose sores. These are very flexible plastic and super super comfortable. People you cannot get the totally soft soled type as they won't hold out your nostrils good enough. Vented also helps the nose breath and be less hot. Winner product and yes I am just a customer

Everybody nose these are uncomfortable
These hurt my nose and felt weird. However, they seemed to work so I left them in as I fell asleep. They either fell off on their own or I pulled them out while I was asleep, since they were not in when I woke up. If you aren't sure if these are for you, at least try this brand, since they seem to be a good bit cheaper than the competition.

I like these little devices
I like these little devices. They work! They keep my nostrils open all night which helps me as I sleep continue to breathe through my nose and not my mouth. I wish there were 4 of one size in the container. The large ones are not a fit for me so unusable.

So far so good. Put them on and although a bit uncomfortable at first, whiting a few minutes didn't feel them anymore. As soon as you put them on you can feel the difference. I am a long time breath right guy, hopefully with this product I don't have to keep buying the expensive nose strips. I'll update review if things get bad but for now this is exactly what I've been looking for. Highly recommend it.

Meh!
Tried all the sizes, they kept popping out of my nose. The only good thing is my CPAP mask kept them from getting lost.
