I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to. I am 67 petite woman who was able to put this chair together all by myself. I did need help getting the larger box in the house because of the steps. I am just thrilled with the comfort of this rocker/recliner. The motor for the recline is almost silent. The heat feels real good especially in the lumbar. The vibrate is not something I will use but it is not loud you can hear the motor. Over all I am pleased with my purchase. The material is soft and I will scotch guard it to be on the safe side.

O my Goodness! Absolutely the best investment if you are having body aches & pains!Extending & retracting are so quiet, if your position wasn't changing you would never know it's moving.Massage & heat - heavenly if you have been standing all day. So good - I bought 2 chairs. Who needs a stiff boring sofa? Want cozy-set them side by side.Not my fault if your chair buddy snores!!!

The chair works great for rocking and power. It is small but great as it's in a small space. It's a little hard in seat area but the arms are nice and soft. The really big issue is the feet area. I think they forgot and cushion. It's hard as a rock and have to put a pillow there. It actually has a hard lump that makes my feet lay crooked. It's really hard. It's a good chair does all it says but not as comfy as I would like.

Great chair. Does all the things it says it does. I’m pleased with what it gives you on a budget. I love the heated lumbar, the fact that it’s a rocking and swivel chair. I saw a comment about the vibration being loud. It doesn’t bother me, but it might bother a downstairs neighbor if in an apartment. I love all the different vibration modes and settings and that it moves from legs to neck. I’m 5’3 and it fits me perfectly. I had some trouble getting the “wings” or side parts of the back hooked on, but that was just because the back is so fluffy and the sides of the back are fluffy and it was hard to push all that fluff together to get the rails to slide together. Other than those parts it went together really easily and fast. The company is super responsive and kept me informed of delivery from the time I placed my order. I’d definitely recommend this chair.

i have never bought furniture from amazon before, but if i could give this chair 10 stars i would. i had been searching for the perfect recliner for our nursery as first time parents. i wanted something that was an electric recliner that i could sleep in (because bed was starting to get uncomfortable for this pregnant mama) but also wanted it to swivel & rock for baby. this was the PERFECT combo. & to make it 10x better, 2 cup holders, 2 deep pockets, & BONUS: massage + heat!!! i got the light gray color & it was the perfect color for our nursery! chair is super soft & comfy too. was very surprised at the quality with it being from amazon. this chair has everything a new mom could need!!

So at first I had made a bad review on this because the motor went out in my recliner part and I REALLY love this recliner so I was very disappointed but I messaged the company and they are sending me a replacement motor, I am very satisfied in how quick they responded and how they came up with a solution to fix the problem. Really couldn’t be more happy with the product other than that hiccup but the company made it right for sure!!! This recliner is great I really love everything about it! It really is a hit or miss with electric recliners no matter what so I’m glad it happened sooner rather than later atleast.

There’s not enough stuffing in the seat. I’m 180 pounds so someone smaller might not feel the components. The heat does not get very warm at all. The metal underneath is very sharp. I took the wrapping that was around the swivel base and tied it around them. The fabric is nice but it is easily snagged by my cats when they are stretching or jumping up on the chair.

A nice chair for the price. Purchased for our son-in-law who is recovering from heart surgery. Comfortable. Nice fabric. Easy to Assemble. Since it rocks and swivels, I would not recommend it for anyone with stability issues or anyone who has any difficulty going from sitting to standing.
