Dynamix Ortho Elasticated Ankle 4 Way Large Compression Support

This is a great little ankle support! I have rubbish legs and something is always wrong with them somewhere, and I have a notoriously weak ankle. In the past I have had it bandaged up, but decided I could do with something quicker to apply, and that was when I decided to try this support. Yes it's tight, but it has to be, that's the whole point! However, if you have arthritic fingers, you WILL struggle to get this on! Fortunately, I do not, so I am ok. Once in place, it is nice and snug and you can immediately feel the support. They are nice and comfy to wear inside my walking trainers and after a few steps I no longer notice it is there. Nothing cuts in or digs in, it just does it's job. It also washes well, I hand wash it and it has been just fine. True to my wonky legs, I managed to injure my other ankle, so swapped the support over to the other ankle, and thought it a good idea at this point to order a second! I genuinely don't feel the need to pay more for an ankle support when this one does the job so well.

i ordered this for same day amazon prime delivery after falling down steps and spraining my ankle. i work in the fitness industry teaching classes and if i don't (or can't) work i don't get paid. i was desperate for something that would allow me to continue working and this has done the job. it is tight, but it is supposed to be. it offers good support. i sprained my ankle across the top of the foot, i suspect stretched ligaments rather than torn as pain not too bad and swelling not too bad, this ankle support has been perfect for this injury. i only use it when doing my classes and obviously i have not done any high impact yet, another couple of weeks i think before i am back to "normal". i use tubi-grip at other times as it isn't as tight but still offers some support. i would definitely recommend this product.

I have injured both of my ankles multiple times and just had another nasty injury recently. I bought a pair of this compression support after reading a review of the top 10 best ankle products (dynamix ortho elasticated ankle 4-way compression support was ranked 4th). My ankle size is 23cm so I purchased the medium size. I am so pleased with the purchase. It has given my ankles great support and protection in a comfortable way and boosted my confidence when I went out hiking or walking my dog. Also, it is not chunky so I can just wear my normal shoes with no problem at all. In the picture, it looks like the seam of the support is halfway down your foot. However, in my experience, I found it much more comfortable if I pulled the seam up closer to my toes (see attached picture). I could wear them up to 8-10 hours without any discomfort. If you want to wear it on a daily basis, this is definitely the one to pick.

Strong support given to unstable ankle, the sock works really well. The problem I have is the sock keeps the foot in the tilted forward position when relaxed for a time due to the enclosed heel, so this does not suit my condition. Having an enclosed heel is good though as it stops the rubbing that you get with the open heel type.At that price I think it's definitely worth trying.

This one is much better than the expensive sports brand I had before. It survives the washing machine well and conforms to the contours of my fiit and heel very well. It stays in place and doesn't move all day. Very comfortable and effective. Feels secure and supportive. Not too bulky either.

Super easy to use, comfortable, and wash well. I use these for support during ballroom and Latin classes, as they are neat and soft. I need something with a lot more support for hiking and rambling over rough ground, but that’s not what these are designed for. For comfort and I would say light to medium support then these are excellent. I have a severely damaged ligament and they allow me to continue doing the things I love.

I bought the small size as I am a size 4 slim fit, however I did struggle to get it on and off; once in place it was extremely comfortable and supportive and because it is thin I had no trouble wearing my regular shoes. I only had a muscle strain but think if I had had a painful injury I would not have persevered with it and would have preferred a wrap over style that would have been easier to get on and off. I am pleased to have it now as a stand by should the weakness re occur.

Good fit, I'm a ladies standard 5. Great support for the gym, going to try the small and see if its even better. I have a fallen, unstable, double jointed ankle and it helps me through intense workout without pain. Always stop if it starts to give though. Not worth the pain next day
