Honestly? Can't say I notice much of a difference when taking these supplements in terms of what they are made for. So I can't say these work for me personally.Though let me tell you, these things smell strong, but taste a million times stronger. Even when taking them with the most acidic, flavorful sodas, you can still taste them throughout your mouth and nose. Beware of this intense, lasting taste.

I have been using the KAPIVA MEN Digestive Support Supplement...... After doing some research, I came across this supplement and decided to give it a try.The first thing that stood out to me was the blend of herbs and vitamins in this supplement. It contains Triphala, Ajwain, Cumin, and other powerful herbs that are known for their digestive benefits. I was pleased to see that it was a natural and safe option, without any harsh chemicals or additives.Another thing I appreciate about this supplement is the 60-day supply. It is convenient and cost-effective, as I don't have to constantly repurchase it. The fact that it comes in capsule form makes it easy to take and I haven't experienced any side effects.Will update if needed.

This supplement is sealed and has a fresh date. The ingredients are all good for digestion. I still take a fiber supplement but have added this for an extra boost.

On the upside, these tablets seem to work well. I have digestive issues and at this time of year (holiday season) I tend to over-indulge leading to sleeping issues, heartburn, indigestion and dare I say it...gas! Decided to give these a try and my god, these smell disgusting. I can't even describe the smell as it's like nothing I have smelled before. That makes it quite difficult to swallow and I find myself holding my breath and necking them with water as quickly as possible. The stench remains on my hands and fingers afterwards so I need to be ready to give them a wash. Aside from the smell, I do find that my stomach and gut is a lot better after taking these. Any gas issues are greatly improved and I don't have any stomach cramping. I'm torn as they work for me, but the smell is just too off-putting. Maybe i'm just overly sensitive to the smell and others won't be as offended.

This supplement is very easy to swallow, but it does have a strong odor that I couldn't get around...with an aftertaste to match. These are rather ineffective in that I noticed no change such as I do while taking other supplements for gut health. Their value for the cost is completely overshadowed by their ineffectiveness (at least for me) as well as their almost putrid odor.I cannot recommend these in good faith.

This digestive support supplement smells plain enough for me except for minor Turmeric hint.So I don't see any problem with the smell.The taste is ok as well for me with tone of Turmeric.It's easy to swallow the capsules for me.The ingredients include Triphala, Ajwain, Cumin, and Other Herbs and Vitamins.The C, D, B contents are not above limit.The expiration date is great, well into 2025.So, I would like to finish them all first before I come back for more detailed comments wit more stars.Let's see how much they can help support my healthy digestion and gut health.

PROSDecided to give these a try over the holidays and on a cruise and in both instances I tend to over-eat. These helped my stomach feel good and regular. I don't have any scientific data but having been using these, but I feel lighter on my feet. Maybe it's not just the pills or the pills at all, but I definitely haven't felt constant bloating and other unpleasant feelings from indulging this time of year. Do I need to write a review after that headline? I have taken supplements my whole life and have had some foul tasting capsules in my mouth before, but this is by far the worst. I try to beat it by timing, with a drop in the mouth and a swish of water timed perfectly to ease it down, but it still leaves it's awful taste. I'm still going to keep taking it because digestive support is necessary, and I like to party, but it would be nice if it didn't taste so bad.
