I loved it at first but I had to get a different one, (squeeze me skinny), to carry on my journey of waist training. But its a good starter for the price.

At first I hated this product for uncomfortable fit and smell off gasing, but then I broke a rib- this is the perfect lower rib cage stabilizer that allowed me to safely return to work and go on walks :). You just never know. Not sure it’s waist shaping my gut in any useful way though.

I wasn't to sure on how to choose a size. I wear both small and medium shirts. And dont just know my measurement's.I ordered a small. It does fit and doesn't feel super tight. I have had the zipper unzip a tad bit but other than that nothing else

Has a horrible smell. I have washed it over and over and it still smells like chemicals. It also runs really bad right above my arm pits can’t wear without getting a rash.

I brought these because someone recommended it to me. It does it’s job but the arm straps hurt my skin. I would have given it a 5 star otherwise.

This thing irritates/burned my skin!! I washed it prior to wearing in my usual detergent. After wearing for 8 hrs, my skin was red, itchy, and burning. Stay away from this one.

Works well. I had twins and am trying to get my body back in shape and this has helped a good bit.
