May work for some.
Be very careful carful when you put these in the mouth. Abit hard to swallow, if you breath threw nose or mouth it feels like the compound inside is going into the throat. It recommends that you drink plenty of water with these and in my opinion thats why alot get bloated stomach or constipation because there not drinking enough water. They don't work straight away if at all, i think drinking more water can solve alot of the issues with constipation and diet obviously makes a difference. The price is ok , as normally these kind of products are expensive.

Very good product
Took a few days to work, but happy with how it work now. A lot less bloating and easier to go to the toilet.

Don’t waste your money
I rarely leave reviews but this product is so awful I had to. This doesn’t work, I took 2 for 4 consecutive nights and nothing. Also theirs cayenne pepper in them which chokes you as your trying to swallow. Biggest waste of money

Having digestion issues is never a joyful experience especially when you’re not allowed to eat certain foods. I started looking for different solutions in reliving my digestion issues.
