Normally, the Ballast has a black and white wire on the input side (AC input side,100-120V for North America). It also has two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast, please cut all the Input and output wires, so total 6 wires cut. 4.Then you can connect the two red wires to the black wire. 5.Next, connect the two blue wires to the white wire. now ballast is bypassed Safety Warning ONLY QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN IS ALLOWED TO PROCEED THE REWIRING.

This product did not work for my lighting fixture. The product was shipped quickly, and upon my return, they were quick to ship out another replacement. But, there was a misunderstanding, that was probably my fault. I should have been more clear, that the item did not work or fit, my lighting fixture. Otherwise, the item was shipped quickly, and they did try to replace it.
