First off I wanted to write an honest review. I really liked this product, it would have received 5 stars, if the construction was more durable.Pros:-Keeps your mouth closed! I wear a CPAP and it is hard to find a chin strap that does this.- Very tight and secure on your head. Some reviews say this strap is too tight, but that's what you want! The strap doesn't slide around at night, which can cause constant adjusting during the night.Cons:- Most of the chin strap is well constructed... Where they messed up on this, is they needed double stiching on BOTH sides. Doing the double stiching on only one side caused the other side to fray and break down quite fast. I used this product less than a month, never washed it and the side by the ear split and started fraying with NORMAL nightly use.

This is after one use. First off it solved the problem I've been having, which is that my mouth has been getting so dry while sleeping that it wakes me up. The issue I'm having with the chin strap is that it's too small, it barely fits my head.

I have one of these that I find really does help me sleep better. I ordered another to have a spare and make sure I have one for travel. Although this was advertised as "one size fits all", it isn't nearly as big as the one I had before. I tried to wear it using just the last 1/4-1/2" of velcro, but it was too painful to sleep in.These all look alike in the pictures, but what I received is far smaller than other options.

The strap doesn't fit well, and I personally found it uncomfortable. I feel like I could have gotten by with that, as long as it actually worked. My wife told me to throw it away because my snoring got worse.Off to find another remedy for snoring...

Great. This chin-strap works, well that’s what my family members say. Supposedly I snore like a monster and when I started using this it helped plenty! I still haven’t figured out the exact measurement for my size. It’s very comfortable to sleep with, it doesn’t bother or interfere with sleep.

Finally i found a one that works!Been hearing my cousin snore all night. Couldnt even sleep sometimes. Last night i gave it to him. NEVER HEARD A NOISE!would recommend those !

Didn't fit; returned to Amazon for refund.

Still, able to open mouth when sleeping...
