**Q: Do i still use 10ml for a 3 gallon tank?**
A: You would not. 10ml is for 10 gallon.

**Q: my order was frozen solid when it arrived,  is it good anymore?**
A: I wouldn't think so.  These are the good bacteria that your tank needs to support life so there is a good chance that all the bacteria is dead because it was frozen.  Good luck.

**Q: Is this 2 8oz bottles? 1 16oz bottle? 2 16oz bottles?**
A: Use 3 ml only

**Q: How much does 16 ounces treat?**
A: Add 10 ml. per 10 gallons of aquarium water.  There are 29.574 milliliters per oz. So math says roughly 47.31 gallons can be treated with 16oz.
