For whatever reason, I didn’t notice any kind of difference. I also bought the pill form and ingested it daily for 4 weeks... nothing. I did however, see black seed oil of another brand work great for someone I know, so perhaps it’s the brand? I don’t know. I don’t see myself buying this again.
