Fabric softeners coat the fibers and will prevent it from absorbing as much moisture as it could. If you find your towel isn't absorbing as well, you might have accidentally washed it with softener. To fix that, rewash with a little white vinegar to strip out the residue. This should bring your towel back to full capacity again! WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Machine Washable! Do not use Fabric Softener when washing, this will stop the towel from absorbing as well. If you do, in order to remove the softener wash again with a small amount of white vinegar in the wash to remove the residue of the softener. PRO-TIP: If you want even more curl or wave to your hair, use your favorite curl enhancer product on damp hair, then twirl sections of your hair before wrapping in the turban. As your hair dries in the turban your curls will be set without the damage of heating tools!
