OtterBoxCOMMUTER SERIES Case for Samsung Galaxy S9+ - Retail Packaging - BLACK

My S9 feels well protected and highly functional after installing a Tocol tempered glass screen protector and this otter box case. It went on very easily with good alignment and what feels like a perfect fit. Feels good in the hand and is just rubberized enough that it doesn't slide around as easily as the original phone case. The rubber flaps at the bottom which cover the power cord and headphone jack have a small lip at the top makes them easy to open even if you don't have fingernails. They also stay slightly ajar on their own so that you can wedge in the cables without too much fuss. The side buttons have a nice click down sound and feedback so that you know that you've clicked them.Overall, I'm happy with the case and would recommend it to others. Completes on one of bottom to middle plates 111 disappearing every time I buy something I will place for self and stuff goes why would you take a total of eight plates out there

I love this case. It is super durable, but it slides so easily in and out of my pocket. I also have zero issues reading my fingerprint, when with past cases I did have difficulty

Easy to fit on the Samsung Galax 9s. Sturdy, protective, basic.

OtterBox makes quality cases for phones, this one isn't an exception. The most important factor with a phone case is protection of the phone around the corner edges, OtterBox cases do a great job of that. The Commuter series cases are simple - 2-piece cases, soft/silicone rubber for the inner case which wraps around the phone, then a hard case that covers the back. I prefer the hard shell on the exterior because the phone slides in and out of pocket easier. I had the Defender case for my S8+ which had a silicone exterior and plastic shell interior, the Commuter case is definitely less bulky overall. I don't see the Defender and Commuter styles all that different as far as protection of the phone.Easy to install, fits the phone like a precision-made glove, and it's easy to remove/keep clean. This case also allows for easier installation of tempered glass screen protectors since there's not a hard plastic interior frame that pushes against the screen protector. Any of the OtterBox cases are well worth it for protecting your investment, considering these phones have price tags in the $900-$1000 range.

Feels durable. I like that the hard plastic is on the outside, then the softer silicone or plastic part on the inside. The opposite of the defender series. The sides are slightly slippy feeling (just the hard plastic part.) I wish they had just a bit more grip to them. I was using a Speck case before and it would stick to your hand wonderfully. This is not quite a grippy. I love the covers for the ports, this is a preference of mine to have them. Even if they aren't super necessary it still keeps them cleaner and working longer. With my speck case I ended up having an issue with my charging port, which wouldn't have happened if I had a case with a port cover like this one. (I personally miss the built in cover from the s5!)Oh and for me, the wireless charging works fine through the case. I'm using the Samsung fast wireless charging stand. I was worried as some reviews said it didn't work. Works great for me! Would have been a deal breaker if it didn't.

So glad that this Otterbox was available for my Galaxy S9+! You simply can't find cases for these in the stores anymore.

This cover is different from the one I originally purchased with the phone, that was also an Otter Box, but at a much better price. It is a 2 piece instead of 1. It also has covers for all the ports on the bottom of the phone except for the charge port, that I like.It was easy to install after removing the old one which was 5+ years old & had just fallen apart from usage. The old one just started to come apart making it impossible to operate the buttons anymore unless the entire case was removed.This was a good deal & an excellent replacement for the Samsung Galaxy 9+ cell phone.

Great quality and sturdy! Nice colour as shown. Much easier to hold my cell phone. Much durable than my previous cell phone case. Worth the money!

Used Otterbox covers before and this one again doesn't disappoint

This is the 2nd OtterBox case I have bought having changed my phone. And I love this one, just like the previous one. I have dropped my phone so many times and yet the screen is intact and no scratches. I would highly recommend their products. All my family has them!
