Q: I bought this just over a month ago. Today when pouring hot water into it, it cracked. How do i contact Koala to get replacement?

Q: Is the lid made of plastic?

Yes it is but it’s really robustly made. This is my second purchase, gave one to my sister as it’s amazing.

Q: How much does this item weigh? Description says 481g which is 82g heavier than the Bodum stainless steel so seems way too high.

I don’t find it particularly heavy - I have never noticed is weight when using it so it’s certainly not uncomfortable. I’d say it’s similar to holding a mug of tea/ coffee.

Q: Glass and travel are two words that to me don’t go together how fragile is it? Considering it’ll be jammed into a soft bag for travel

Hi! I've had this item for about 3 weeks now and I carry it in my rucksack to and from work pretty much every day. It's survived the trips so far. It may say glass but it's a pretty robust, solid feeling thing.
