Great shoes but not for me
These are very nice and light, great to walk in. Unfortunately the back strap really bothered my foot. The stitching seems to be made of some sort of plastic that feels hard to the skin. Besides that one issue I didn’t experience any issues

Good minimal running shoe!
I have worn Merrill running shoes for years. This shoe is similar but has some pros and cons depending on how you look at it. The main difference is the sole. I really do like the vibram soles. These soles are more flexible. I think it comes down to running style, and comfort. All and all this is a great shoe for me. Always remember to try different shoes to see if it helps you improve. If you have discomfort or times go down then try something new. If you seek to improve try something new. When I switched to a minimal shoe it changed my stride, my pain decreased, and my mile avg improved. If you do buy this type of shoe research the proper posture and recommend running style. You have to run on your toes, you don't heel strike. At first muscles you didn't know you have will hurt. I promise if you stick with it and practice you will improve. I'm a avg size man. If you have bad knees or injuries these might not work. If you are already and advanced runner I strongly recommend you give it a try.

Love them but... (plus update)
I love these but they're a little narrow and the arch support bites into the arch of my foot. I don't even have a particularly wide foot. After taking out the insole I found them more comfy with better ground feel. Still not quite what I was expecting in terms of a wider toebox but I've really come to enjoy them for a running shoe. They're flexible and give my feet a bit of wiggle room, but they aren't particularly wide. I'll pick up a pair the knit ones eventually for casual shoes, which I know have a much wider toe box bc I gave a pair to my mom. All in all, I do recommend if width is not an extreme concern for you.Update 4/10/23: I absolutely adore these sneakers. Def. one of my favorite pairs. Comfy, flexible, still going strong with little visible wear. I wear them the most frequently of my 3 season shoes. I think part of the issue I originally encountered was that it takes a little adjusting to get the laces snug but not constricting.

Over a Year
I use these shoes everyday for more than a year. These are extremely comfortable and the best travel shoe I have ever purchased.I used them for: Light exercise, travel, long walks, light hikesI tried to run in them, and while I could, I cannot recommend them for running or heavy exercise (HIIT). The material of the shoe is comfortable but does not have enough structure to feel stable for those activities.

Very thin. But great price.
Use these as my outdoor shoes when I know I’m going to get muddy. I wouldn’t do any athletic type activity in them. But they clean up easy with a spray down and throw them in the wash.
