Worth it.
These are excellent. I highly recommend. The metal pin will bend when you are removing if you aren’t careful.

Good product and easy to use but a guy has to be careful how/where he puts them or the pins are kinda hard to get out the next day. It solves the hassle of inserting clips under tiles which im not gonna lie is pretty darn nice plus if used in conjunction with another system and you have that extremely frustrating situation where you get all your lippage control devices in and break the last one. Instead of taking everything apart just insert one of these and carry on.

Great, but not really reusable like advertised
Great concept, works as advertised My caveat is that the metal bits break and twist WAY too easily. After every initial set, when I go to remove them, at least half of the pins deform in some way. I have to go back with lineman's pliers and reorient the pins to sit parallel to the body again in both dimensions. I don't take them out so early that the mud is super soft (because that would let the tiles shift if they're feeling squirrely) so when I take the out the mud has some stiffness. I definitely avoid leaving them for more than 4 hours because then you have to use tools to excavate the pins out - time suck, potential tile damage, almost certain pin damage. This company doesn't sell the replacement innards on Amazon (contractors direct does), so that sucks. But really, they deform/break too darn easily. It would be great if they could sell separate pins that are thicker. If you're doing a 3/32" or 1/8" spacing scheme, then you would have the benefit of sturdier pins. Even if just the posts (the vertical bit) of the pins were thicker the whole thing would be less likely to twist and deform. Best solution, though, is to use sturdier metal. I wish I could give them higher stars, because I love the concept. I ordered a bunch (I'm a tile setter) and I'll definitely keep using them. But it's too bad that I'm buying a reusable system that really isn't fully reusable in reality.
