Worked great, quality part, satisfied customer!
Husbands truck was having some issues. Hubby figured out he needed a Distributor so we hopped on Amazon and ordered this one. The product was shipped on time, showed up at my door 2 days later, it was exactly as advertised & once installed solved all the trucks (current) problems. Very satisfied customers!

Poorly Made and Out of Spec, OEM parts don't fit it.
Installed this in a 2002 Safari van. Old distributor was worn out and causing misfire codes. New distributor caused a new code (P1345 - Crank and Cam position sensors too far out of sync). Even after very carefully lining up the timing mark on the crankshaft and installing the distributor with the rotor pointing exactly at the terminal for cylinder number 1, it still throws the code. (no it is not 180 degrees off, it wouldn't run if that were the case)Also, none of the screws are the same thread as the factory screws. If you install a new cap later on and want to use the new screws that come with it, forget it. The factory cam position sensor does not fit it; the rotor base hits it.It is being returned.

.useless
after trying to line it up to the proper position, i realized it's assembled wrong. i installed a used distributor & it lined up the first time. if the cam gear isn't in sync with the rotor it will never work.

Bad Qality Control
The materials on this distributor, far exceed OE! The problem is that the Hall effect trigger was about 8°-10° off causing it to misfire. This was just poor quality control, really wish I could give 5 stars but had to replace with a quality part because I can't change parts on a customers auto for weeks trying to get a good one! Amazon is awesome when it comes to returns!!
