Awful. Took on an overseas trip. Product not as advertised. Did NOT get cold. Didn’t even get cool!Very disappointed.

Two of these burst in the mail. They sent a few more to try to correct the situation but one of those burst as well. After activation, they basically turn straight to water and aren’t icy enough to put directly on an injury. I’ve had to fold them in half after activation to get the cold to one side. I do not recommend.

These are horrible. I bought them to take on a camping trip for use after strenuous hikes. The barely get cold at all. I've used these types before but not this brand. Don't waste your money on these specifically.

I bought this product for a very long road trip for my back that kept going into spasms. I bought two boxes with high hopes. Of the two boxes maybe 4 total packs worked. The rest when popped did not even get cool let alone get cold. Unfortunately I did not have access to a freezer...next time I will try another method.

I bought these for a long flight with a bad neck . Not one of them worked !!!I read directions and tried all 6 no luck .

And didn't stay cool for very long. I bought them for a long plane ride after having had knee replacement surgery. I guess they would be adequate for an on the spot injury but not useful for the plane. I would have been better off bringing a Ziploc bag and asking the flight attendant for some ice.
