Best salads ever.
Excellent flavor. Just add EVOO ( preferably from Madonna Bella azienda Agricola) and a splash of lemon and your salad needs nothing else!Best over arugula with manchego cheese, dates, pumpkin seeds and envy apples. Salad heaven.

This stuff is delicious. Several varieties are available, I really like the fig balsamic. Great on everything from oatmeal to salmon.
