AMAZING Cake!!! PERFECT Icing Solution in Review!!!
I did a lot of research on this cake/icing mix kit before purchasing. My soul dog turned 11 yesterday on 10/4/20 and I bought the Puppy Cake kit for his cake this year. I wanted to do something special for him after our favorite dog bakery had closed. The recipe for the cake was flawless and the cake turned out PERFECT.**For the icing, you MUST add more water and ingredients to make it usable and not ruin your cake. I used: 4 TBSP water total, 1oz cream cheese and 1 rounded TSP of peanut butter with the icing mix and got the perfect consistency and the icing was perfect. Definitely refrigerate afterward. I used writing gel to decorate the top of the cake and my dogs went absolutely CRAZY over this cake!!! I'm extremely happy and will purchase again. Also the silicone bone cake pan is perfect, just be sure to spray it with nonstick cooking spray and lie it on a cookie tray to avoid the cake twisting and breaking.

AWESOME cake!
After spraying the mold with cooking spray, I baked the cake in my roaster oven at 325 degrees for 23 minutes. I set the mold on the cookie pan, not the rack. After completely cooling, the cake comes out nicely. I let it cool longer before making the frosting. Like others have mentioned, I added whipped cream cheese to soften the frosting and make more of it. Otherwise, it's very stiff. I added cookies that I bought here on Amazon and lit a candle (a packet of 24 come with the mix). My boy, Snoopy, had a great little birthday party! (hat and bow also available here on Amazon) I see that this product is currently out of stock... I can see why!! Word is out that this is a marvelous product (the mold can be reused). I hope you'll find it in stock when you read my review!

Easy to Bake and Dog Loved It!
Our fur baby loved this cake! The cake mold worked well, and the cake slid out easily! The frosting needed more water than what the recipe says but once you have the right consistency it spreads easily over the cake. The mix does not come with any colored icing to write on the cake, so we added a dog bone cookie from a local pet store to say Happy Birthday and help decorate it, along with dog treats all around the outer border. Note: we didn’t let our lab eat the whole cake in one sitting, the photo was staged to look like she did.

I can honestly say I've never thrown a birthday party for a dog, but when my daughter's puppy turned 1, we had to celebrate! This cake mix was very easy to make with only two ingredients required. The cake cooked up nicely and smelled very good. I appreciated the silicone cake pan as well. The pan released the cake with no sticking (I did grease with cooking spray). Dixie loved the cake and ate her entire piece. I watched her closely afterward for stomach upset, but she had none! Great product and nice package deal with the pan and candles included!

Easy and quick to make, yummy (for dogs)!
The media could not be loaded. We ordered this cake kit for our Great Dane Duncan’s ninth birthday. It was very easy to make. It took a little longer than the two minute time that it recommends for the microwave and you might need another spoonful of water for the frosting but it was easy and it came out perfect! As you can see in the video he really enjoyed it! It did not make him sick at all and sometimes his stomach is sensitive so that was good!

Easiest cake to make! Perfection
I made this birthday cake for my daughters dog this weekend. It was a total hit. All 4 of their dogs absolutely devoured the cake and the icing was easy to apply. I added a few sprinkles to make it more festive. I tried the pumpkin first and will be reordering the other flavors today!

My dogs say this is tasty!
I fixed this cake for my 15 year old westie's birthday. He, his "sister westie" and their "cousin King St. Charles" all loved it with their doggie ice cream. The only thing, it does get old & moldy somewhat quickly. Have to refrigerate and be sure they eat it very soon after I bake it. That is my only difficulty with it. Otherwise, it's great. BTW, I have made this before in another flavor, they loved that one too!

Dog approved!
My dog LOVED this! Was easy to make, the silicone pan was awesome. I added a little extra water to the icing mix. It was adorable and my dog absolutely loved the taste. I let her eat 1/3 of it at once (she would have loved to scarf the whole thing). She’ll be excited to have leftovers over the next few days. Highly recommend!
