Fantastic product. I really love how you can adjust it with a twist and click of button in the back. The battery also makes it more comfortable somehow to wear meta quest because it seems to make it moreBalanced and not awkward wielding to use for hours. And I love how much longer I can use the meta quest with the battery!Also, they have really good customer service. I was able to email them directly with the email address printed on the side of the box. I had a question and they were more than happy to help me with it. Props to Bill from product support! A+++++ and would buy more from the company.

I wanna start by saying I am in fact a real person and customer. I recently got the meta quest 3 and the head strap it comes with is just terrible. I was browsing around and found this one. Was a bit nervous to buy it but so glad I did. Shipped with UPS, came two days later. The head strap is a game changer. Super comfortable, easy to install, and the wheel makes it so easy to loosen or tighten to get that perfect fit. Battery pack is also stellar, I played resident evil 4 VR for about an hour and a half with the battery pack in and my quest never went below 100% and the battery pack didn’t lose even a quarter charge. I’m very happy with this. Design is great, it’s sturdy and quiet, and no extra heat. 10/10

This Elite Battery Pack Strap is awesome and in my opinion necessary. I have yet to want to play my headset longer than the battery will last. We're talking 5-6 hours. And it's comfortable. The dial on the back that you use to tighten it to your head works great. I have this attached to a Meta Quest 3S. It was easy to install. The fit is perfect and it doesn't weigh too much.

Bought this about 7 months ago. Has worked quite well. Not sure we are getting the claimed 5-6 hours playtime, but definitely getting 3-4 hours playtime.However now, the battery isn't connecting to the main headset with the provided cord. Going to have to see if we can find another cord to try, and if that doesn't work, maybe get an exchange or refund or something.

This headset is super comfortable. This headset increased how long I can where Quest 3. Amazing product

Easy enough to put on the quest 3. Worked great the first two times I used it. Every time after, I got a warning that there was liquid in the charging port. Didn't matter which cable i used. Once you get that warning, you can't use anything to charge your headset until you've restarted it, so it's a sad day when you're in the middle of your game and your headset dies. Returned that one for a replacement and this one gives the same warning straight out of the box. I don't know if it's like dirty power from the battery or what but it's really frustrating. Reached out to the email the seller provides when I had issues with the first one and never heard back. So now I just have a heavy headstrap that I can't charge my headset with and I've already given my much more comfortable headstrap to my son. Buy a different brand is my recommendation.

My grandson loves the comfort and fast charging with this product.
